I’d be more than happy to talk to you about what I do and how I might be able to help you. I’ve been running Storymakers since 2017, so I have plenty of experience dealing with children of all writing abilities. It’s amazing how often the same concerns crop up.

What are the common reasons for wanting to join Storymakers?

Your child loves writing and would like to foster this love and at the same time, meet other like-minded individuals.

There are some concerns with English, more commonly with comprehension.

The child struggles with ideas and what to write.

They need some specific help with targeted practice for the 11 plus grammar school or independent school entrance exams.

The Storymakers meet weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 6-7 p.m. and on Saturday from 1-2 p.m. or 6-7 p.m. during term times.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL GROUPS ARE HELD ON-LINE VIA ZOOM.

Book a place on one of the groups. Or alternatively, if you’re looking for something more bespoke, you might want to consider 1:1 tutition, which can be booked either in person or online via the booking platform.

I offer 45-minute, 60 minute or 90 minute sessions, available to book ad-hoc for 1:1, or up to 4 people. You can also book a block of eight and get a discount.
